Smile Makeover on Adolescent in Orlando, Florida

Dr Roach's patient is an adolescent that had an accident playing hockey.  His front tooth was broken years prior in the accident and was restored with a large bonding by his previous dentist.  The patient was not happy with the appearance of that older discolored bonding and the overall color of all his teeth.  He was graduating from high school and getting ready for college and wanted to improve his smile before going away.  Dr. Roach consulted with the patient and the patient's mom to discuss the options for his new smile.  The treatment plan and smile design included gum recontouring on the front tooth with the old bonding to level the gum line to match the contralateral tooth.  Patient had Zoom Whitening done to improve the color of his smile.  After whitening, Dr Roach did one Porcelain Veneer with custom staining and characterization to match the other front tooth exactly.  The patient was elated with the result and was ready to go the college with a new beautiful smile.
