I came to see Dr. Patricia with veneers that were done at another office, and I honestly did not think they could be saved. They were extremely sensitive and I was worried I would have to redo everything.They worked magic. She took the sensitivity seriously, used a desensitizer, and came up with a plan to calm things down instead of rushing straight into replacing them. So far it has made a real difference and I am feeling much better.What I appreciated most is how honest they were. They explained that veneers are not forever and that at some point down the road they may need to be redone, but they were focused on helping me now and doing what made sense, not selling me something. I went to Colombia to try to save money on crown implants, and it ended up being one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. I have a pleasure of meeting Dr. Roach and her team about 3yrs now and from the very first appointment I was completely blown away by their warm welcome, positive vibes, professionalism and knowledge. Dr. Roach has one of the most gentle hands I’ve ever experienced. (I’m 49 by the way.) This past week was my first time getting a filling replaced by her typically they’ve been cleanings and I have to say I couldn’t feel anything. She’s so gentle on giving the injection (I hate shots) and then she used this red laser light on my jaw to help with my TMJ, was great, well worth it (also found out that they do Botox for the TMJ, which is good to know) I like that they’re up-to-date, modern and very clean, which is a major thing for me with my OCD.Thank you, Dr. Roach, Shalini and Erica, you guys are amazing Erica I love chatting with you when I come for my cleanings and Shalini. that smile so warm and inviting from the moment you walk in….I love it!Thank you, for making me not only feel so welcome but comfortable. Arika and Dr. Patricia are the best. Even though its torture going they make the best of it by being gentle and thorough. My wife hates going and has given up on so many previous providers because they dont pay attention to her pain level. Here they always listen to you and make sure you are comfortable. They also take detailed photos and offer whitening and other procedures. I had the whitening procedure done and it made a noticeable but subtle difference and wasnt too spendy. More

Dr. Roach is a very knowledgeable dentist and truly cares about the well-being of her patients. She really wants to figure out why the issue is occurring, and does a great job explaining the treatment plan up-front. Her staff is very friendly, and made me feel more than welcome during my visits there. I’ve never had any dentist thoroughly address my TMJ issues until seeing her. While I did feel some relief from one round of masseter Botox, my particular case likely needs more treatments in the future. She was able to grind some of my teeth down to remove interference and give me a broader range of motion, and was more than willing to readjust my pre-existing night guard while I was there. I spent about a total of 15-20 hours in her dental chair over the last 18 months, which were by far the most pleasant hours I have EVER spent at the dentist. She is very kind, professional and makes sure you are comfortable and pain-free the entire time. I now have a healthy set of teeth and stay on top of my cleanings to keep it that way. Nobody can tell now I have an implant when I smile. I have long history of dental work with numerous crowns and implants. I have seen a lot of dentists that charge top dollar but the quality of work is not there. Sometime we meet people they seem nice and we trust them - but "good person" doesn't mean good specialist. Dr Roach is both. She is caring, attentive and at the same time very knowlegeble, experiaced and profeccional. If you looking for an EXPERT in cosmetic dentistry - she is the one you want to see! I discovered this place last year on a desperate hunt for someone who can rectify a REALLY botched job on a permanent crown (the veryyy back of my lower mouth). After researching and asking for recommendations, I found Dr. Patricia Roach and her Team. I could not be happier! I took both my parents to Dr. Pitts after their two separate Orlando dentists could not resolve their dental problems. For example, an Orlando dentist told my father he needed several fillings, so I accompanied my father on the next visit. When asked about the cavities, the dentist said there was none. I took my father to another local dentist, who said my father needed two root canals (he did have one achy tooth); he did one root canal and was to do the second a month later, but because the first one was done incorrectly, we did not go back (my father had long roots, so the dentist ground down the tooth too far, instead of using the proper-length file to clean the root to the correct depth, which caused the crown to sit on the gums and irritate the gums). After some internet research, I found Dr. Pitts, who had superior technical training and the expertise, as well as the reputation of being voted, by dentists, as one of the best Orlando-area dentists. Even though her office was 30 miles from my parent’s home, it was worth the drive to meet THE BEST dentist in Central Florida. Dr. Pitts and her staff are exceedingly professional, friendly, and competent. Most of all, I TRUST them to do the work that is required, and not more. Subsequently, I took my mother to see Dr. Pitts after my mother spent over a year trying to resolve a dental problem with her own dentist. Finally, Dr. Pitts is also my dentist, even though her office is over 60 miles from my house, but she is worth it because I trust her and I know she will do the job right the first time.
